A perfect recipe for Salmon fish with Tahini

Fishes and Tahini are great partners; the combination of the smooth and strong texture of tahini and the freshness of salmon in addition to its delicate texture makes it a great choice to be served as appetizer or as a main meal. Tahini is a creamy paste made of sesame seeds, lemon and salt, that can be served alone or mixed with some spicy sauces. It is used mostly on fish or chicken dishes to enhance the flavor of them.

Products:

• 1kg of fresh Salmon fish

• A table spoon of Tahini

• 2/3 cup of Olive oil

• A half table spoon of Garlic juice

• Salt and Black pepper

• A piece of lemon

Directions:

  1. Using a pan, get your fish washed with a water and salt, then dry it. Get your olive oil heating in it, then get the fish fry for about 3-4 minutes, and then turn it over for another time. Drain your fish on the paper towel when you finish frying it. Chop the fish into pieces or serve it whole.
  2. You get your Tahini into a small bowl and add some salt if desired, then you will have to add the garlic juice to it. You will need to mix them well together.
  3. After you finish mixing them together, get your lemon cut into slices and then remove the seeds from it. Put each slice in the Tahini mixture, then get the mixture into a gap in a plate on a higher level. Add the salmon pieces on top of each other in the plate. Then use a spoon to serve the plate with a little sauce poured on it to your guests.

Tips:

*You can use this recipe with other kinds of fish, including tuna fish, yellow tail fish, or Blue fin tuna.

*In the case that you can’t get Tahini from the market, you can use sesame almond butter instead of Tahini.
